Father/Son Weekend

This gathering is aimed at providing a space for the men of your church to live out their calling of healthy fatherhood. The weekend is not driven by new information on how to be a father or son, but by intentional experiences that allow you to be dad and boys to be son’s as God intended. This is also a great event to bring the boys that God has put in your path who do not have a father in their home.

This event has been growing because of the powerful impact on hundreds of fathers and sons. This year we are offering a third weekend at Camp Elkanah. Eastern Oregon’s Camp Elkanah is a natural fit for this kind of even and a second location puts this opportunity in the backyard of many more churches. So pick a date, location and make your reservation now. Join the adventure!

Remember

Dads who bring more than one son (or boy) will receive a $10 per child discount for each child after the first.

Church Groups – receive one free registration for every 10 paid registrants in your group.

Camping/Meal Options & Prices

Outdoor Camping - Cook your own meals $50/person ($60/person after June 1-Tadmor / August 1-Elkanah)
Come take full advantage of our campground! Bring your own food and camping gear and choose from our many tent and RV sites, available on a first come, first serve basis.

Outdoor Camping - Meals Provided $70/person ($80/person after June 1-Tadmor / August 1-Elkanah) register by July 13/August 7/August 17
Do you enjoy the adventure of the outdoors but don't trust your own cooking skills? Then you choose your campsite and let us provide your meals.

Indoor Bunk - Meals Provided $80/person ($90/person after June 1-Tadmor / August 1-Elkanah) register by July 13/August 7/August 17
For those who prefer sleeping indoors - this is the option for you! This selection includes spaces within our cabins and all your meals.

Weekend Schedule Notes

• Camp opens at 2 pm Friday.
• You are invited to take advantage of the afternoon for setting up your camp and/or participating in available activities.
• Dinner is served at 6:30 pm Friday, and our Opening Ceremonies begin at 8 pm.
• Sons of Thunder concludes Sunday at noon.
